Hey

So I've been bored as hell lately. I haven't really done jack shit at work or at home. So I decided I need a hobby. Not as easy to find one as you might assume.

I tried a few websites, Find me a Hobby, Hobby People, and Hobby Town USA to name a few. For a while I thought I'd just get into building model cars, or even trains (back when my brother was here, we did some model cars.) But then I remembered I just like paining them, not the put-them-together part.
Then I was all about dollhouses. See, you can make these cute little dollhouses, they have kits and everything. And I'd even decided what scale I wanted to go with... Then it just kind of fizzled.
Then I decided I should start sewing or knitting again. Until I remembered that not only is my sewing machine at home in Washington (and I don't feel like buying a new one when I've got a perfectly good beauty back home), but I wasn't so into sewing back in the day. And I've taken up crochet (I'm pretty sure that's not right) before, and the best I ever did was a pot holder.
Next, I decided maybe I should get into biking again. And my parents got rid of my old mountain bike back home, (cuz let's face it, in high school, once you get a car, you don't bike again... Ever.) So I was lookin all overREI and other bike/outdoor sites, and I just couldn't get into it.
I know I need a new hobby, but I've hit a dead end. I'm bored out of my mind, I just want to leave work, and go wash and wax my truck. It's perfect weather for it. But then I was informed yesterday that we're working tomorrow. And we're likely working every other Saturday till sometime in May. Ish.
Fuck life.
